This is not different from many other rural ...Joel<br /><br />This is not different from many other rural councils, allowing sporadic subdivisions scattered across the countryside. The cumulative impact of lots of small villages wanting footpaths, rubbish collection, water supplies, sewerage etc. is never calculated and is borne by the entire district.
